"Love at first sight"

I could still remember the first day, first hour, first moment of your meeting me.

I was seven and my parents sent me to some course - not of my own accord. All the kids there came with company, some simply had one or two friends, others a whole army of friends. But I sat there, alone. All by myself. Feeling bored, I started to bite my nails, and scanning through the room that was flooded with kids that were of my age. Then I saw you.

You were such a beautiful boy. THe unkempt hair that framed your tanned and chiseled face, a perfectly angled jawline, and your nose was a perfectly arched structure. Your eyes were the killer. The way those long lashes surrounded your hazel eyes were simple irresistible, and they drove girls crazy. I knew I was one of those girls. I still remember exactly what you were wearing. A spiderman shirt with cargo pants, and shoes that has flashing light with every step that you take. You were so hip.

You smiled. "Oh my god is he smiling to me?" I thought nervously. Oh wait, who was I kidding? I was just a plain jane, and furthermore there were girls 5 times more attractive than me in the room. I was practically throwing myself into that huge lump of fantasy. It couldn't be me.

Throughout the entire course, I hardly interacted with anyone, neither did I bother making friends. I was just secretly hoping that this whole entire useless and boring course would end soon. But I could not stop looking at you still.

Finally, it was the last activity of the day. We had to play this game which invovled the adults throwing sweets on the ground, and we were supposed to rush after them and grab the sweets. When the adults started to throw the sweets, all the kids rushed over like bees to honey in lightning speed, and i was pushed all the way to the back. I did not manage to get any sweets, and was kind of down. But it didn't really bother me as I was totally looking forward to the end of the course and those sweets didn't mean much to me either. Then you - a total stranger, turned around, and gave me a fistful of sweets that you had just picked.

I melted.

(HI MR BEN TAN I KNOW I AM HALF A DAY LATE PLEASE FORGIVE ME THANKS HAHA.)
